I hesitate to use the word "depressed", because I really don't think that I am. Despite all the crap there is in the world and how much worse-off other people are, I think I'm pretty damn fortunate and blessed in many ways.
But I do think I've got a bad case of cabin fever and homesickness for my friends and family "back home". Maybe it's this yo-yo weather.
Frankly, I think we're all allowed a few days of the year when we're not seeping happiness from every pore, regardless of how great our lives are (is it so bad that I have more than "a few"??)
Some days you just feel down; a little less like Tigger and a little more like "Poo" (pun intended).
